Senior Implementation Consultant

Servicenow is seeking a senior technical consultant to lead customer design workshops focused on servicenow platform and itam solution technology. This individual will be responsible for guiding customers in completing required documentation, drafting user stories, and providing ad-hoc oversight/training for future system administrators. They will also lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery for engagements, sometimes providing oversight and unit testing of partner resources development.

Additionally, this person will promote continuous improvement practices for delivery/engagement materials, provide training and mentoring to other members of the servicenow delivery team and partner ecosystem, and up to 50% travel annually. A current servicenow certified system administrator (csa) certification, and relevant solution-specific certified implementation specialist designations in ham and sam are required. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies, including integrations and portals.
