Senior Technical Consultant Role

Technical consultant for IT asset management (ITAM) workflows at ServiceNow. Collaborate with customers to configure and implement ITAM products according to best practices, focusing on accelerating business outcomes.

• Configure Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities using ServiceNow best practices.
• Support customer engagements in defining, re-engineering, improving, and analyzing ITAM-specific processes during workshops.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITAM Solution capabilities to enhance their ITAM capabilities.

Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITAM Solution technology, guiding customers in completing required documentation, drafting user stories, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer.

Provide ad-hoc oversight and training for future system administrators and lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery for engagements.

Collaborate with the overall engagement project team to deliver successful and substantive customer outcomes.

Promote continuous improvement practices for delivery and engagement materials and provide training and mentoring to other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem.

Must be a US citizen and have a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM.

At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies, inclusive of integrations and portals, and demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders.
