Senior Process Consultant

A successful candidate will guide customers through ServiceNow process modeling and automation. The key responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on development support for form configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and rationalize changes to existing or new functionality.
• Developing user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer plans for customer review and approval.
• Addressing technical and application configuration queries.
• Configuring and customizing new applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implementing new functionality while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
• Supporting upgrade, patching, and release management troubleshooting.
• Analyzing problems and proposing solutions.
• Creating comprehensive documentation for all work completed.
• Leading implementation teams, including code reviews for junior consultants.
• Designing and developing integration components, such as SSO, LDAP, and APIs.
• Enhancing portal components for improved user experience.
• Empowering administrators to become self-sufficient.
• Delivering training and knowledge transfer sessions.
