ServiceNow Solution Architect

Technology Consultant Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with clients and recommend suitable ServiceNow solutions.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Analyze client needs and identify areas for improvement
• Create technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations
• Develop and showcase prototypes to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions
• Estimate costs and timelines for implementation
• Lead technical teams throughout the implementation process
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows
• Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
• Test and validate solutions
• Train users and support teams on new ServiceNow systems
• Continuously monitor performance and suggest improvements Requirements
• At least 11 years of experience with ServiceNow, combined with 10 years in IT management or leadership
• A strong track record with ServiceNow in ITSM and ITOM
• A strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform
• Vast technical knowledge covering data center operations, service design, service delivery, and continuous improvement
