Strategic ServiceNow Consultant

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, providing corporations with guidance on leveraging ServiceNow's Employee Service Management Solutions.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define client strategy, ensuring alignment with digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing client roadmaps, including ongoing progress reporting.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders to drive success.
  • Designing technical and functional solutions aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting.
  • At least 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and related solutions.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, HR Professional Suite Certification, etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
