ServiceNow Technical Expert Wanted Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will provide advanced technical expertise to our clients, delivering high-quality solutions for their ServiceNow environment.

• Offer expert-level development assistance, including form configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations
• Partner with the Engagement Manager and Customer stakeholders to grasp business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and refine user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer plans while facilitating customer reviews and approvals
• Address intricate technical and application configuration inquiries
• Customize and optimize new applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
• Implement innovative solutions for customers while upholding ServiceNow best practices
• Support the resolution of ServiceNow upgrade, patching, and release management issues
• Present analysis of problems and potential solutions
• Compile comprehensive documentation on completed work
• Lead technical implementation teams, including code reviews for junior consultants
• Design and implement essential integration components, such as SSO, LDAP, and APIs
• Enhance ServiceNow portal components to elevate user experience
• Empower customers' ServiceNow administrators to operate independently whenever possible
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Investigate systems and/or programs to identify causes of inefficiency or poor performance, then create, test, and implement targeted solutions
