ServiceNow Technical Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers related to ServiceNow processes and develop solutions for their ServiceNow environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on development assistance, including form configuration, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. You will also coordinate with engagement managers and customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and rationale behind changes to existing functionality as well as new functionality to be deployed.
