Senior ServiceNow Consultant

As a seasoned ServiceNow Technology Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a supportive team on various projects for leading brands worldwide.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing client needs to recommend suitable solutions
• Crafting technical blueprints for implementations, considering existing infrastructure and scalability
• Developing and demonstrating working prototypes to showcase the value proposition of the solution
• Preparing proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines
• Leading technical teams throughout the implementation process

Key requirements include:

• 11+ years of experience with ServiceNow and 10 years of combined experience in IT Management/Leadership
• Possessing strong cross-functional capability that drives reciprocating value between delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders
• Holding vast technical acumen spanning data center operations, service design, service delivery, continuous improvement, enterprise monitoring, database architecture/administration, and application development
