Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Engineer to join our team.

  • A strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and ServiceNow platform is required.

The successful candidate will have experience with:

  • ServiceNow module implementations such as HRSD, WSD, and Source to Pay.
  • Customization and integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Tech lead and managing technical delivery from global/offshore teams.

The role involves gathering business requirements and designing technical solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role requires expertise in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration. Experience with IT Service Management processes and ServiceNow deployments is essential.

Working experience in Workflow administration, SNOW Reporting, Form/UI configurations, Notifications, and data imports is a plus.
