Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Engineer
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Engineer to join our team.
- A strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and ServiceNow platform is required.
The successful candidate will have experience with:
- ServiceNow module implementations such as HRSD, WSD, and Source to Pay.
- Customization and integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems.
- Tech lead and managing technical delivery from global/offshore teams.
The role involves gathering business requirements and designing technical solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
