We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our QA efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations. As a ServiceNow QA expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases and scripts using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF). About the Role
- Lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's ATF.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Drive adoption of continuous testing practices across the development lifecycle.
This role involves working closely with the central QA team to integrate with end-to-end testing tools and participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's ATF.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for human testers.
- Perform unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
