ServiceNow Management Position
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ServiceNow instance, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow to meet business needs
- Develop and manage workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow features and functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Administrator, ServiceNow Developer)
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
