ServiceNow Management Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our ServiceNow instance, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow to meet business needs
  • Develop and manage workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow features and functionality
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Administrator, ServiceNow Developer)
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
