About the Role:

We are hiring ServiceNow Specialists to extend ITSM and HR workflows with AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities:

Implement and customize ServiceNow modules.
Integrate AI-driven analytics into workflows.
Automate enterprise services using predictive models.

Key Skills:

ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps)
Scripting & integration (JavaScript, REST APIs)
AI/ML add-ons for ServiceNow
ITIL processes

Salary/Rate: ₹12L – ₹25L per annum
