As a ServiceNow Service Portal & UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and accessible UI components within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and backend developers to translate user requirements into functional and visually appealing ServiceNow solutions.
• Customizing and enhancing various elements of the ServiceNow platform such as Service Portal, Workspaces, Catalog Items, and Dashboards.
• Applying UI/UX best practices to ensure improved usability, accessibility, and performance across all ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any UI issues and defects that may arise during the development process.

To excel in this role, you must possess the following mandatory skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience working with the Service Portal framework.
