Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of the Field Service Operations (FSO) module in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards, best practices, and security requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4–5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience in FSO end-to-end implementation project.
• FSO Certification is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
