As a ServiceNow ITBM, your role involves the following responsibilities:

• Development and Customization:

• Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.

• Create and maintain custom workflows, application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.

• Integration and Configuration:

• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.

• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.

• Administer Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.

• Performance and Quality Assurance:

• Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.

• Ensure that ServiceNow applications meet established quality standards and performance criteria.

• Conduct thorough reviews of test results and provide detailed reports on testing outcomes.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding development progress, issues, and risks.

Qualifications Required:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
