Job Description: Are you a ServiceNow expert with hands-on experience in ITSM and GRC modules We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team and help implement, configure, and optimize critical workflows that drive governance, risk, and compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management
• Administer the ServiceNow platform: updates, patches, performance tuning
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with ITSM/ITOM and external tools
• Develop workflows and dashboards for risk insights and compliance tracking
• Provide end-user support and training
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and evolving compliance regulations

Qualifications Required:

• Certifications Preferred: CIS-GRC, CIS-IRM
