About the Role:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Lead & Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules, with a particular focus on Business Process Management (BPM), in cloud environments (AWS/GCP) for Insurance and BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive integration of ServiceNow with multiple systems/applications, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align ServiceNow technology with business needs and processes.
• Provide technical leadership, manage project risks, and deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
• Oversee scripting, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices across implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with extensive ServiceNow implementation background.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, framework, data model, and integrations.
• Expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow APIs & Web Services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, large-scale projects
