Senior IT Solutions Designer

ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

This position requires a seasoned ServiceNow professional to design, implement and maintain scalable solutions that meet client requirements.

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions for clients
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD and others
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop technical documentation
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and ensure the scalability and reliability of ServiceNow solutions

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications required
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
• Experience with scripting, Agile methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure
