ServiceNow ITOM Architect, Global Technology

As the ServiceNow ITOM Architect, you will design, architect, and innovate ITOM solutions together with a cross-functional team accountable for processes and execution of IT Operations in Deloitte Technology. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Design, architect, and innovate in the latest areas of IT Operations Management such as Observability, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Technologies, and the ServiceNow Common Data Services Model (CSDM) amongst others.
• Craft guiding principles and standards for our organization and help implement them in real time for our Operations teams.
• Work with diverse teams from varied levels across the organization and time zones, providing exposure across our organization.
• Foster and champion data-driven and machine learning capabilities to help us operate our services using modern architecture principles.
• Integrate several leading-edge monitoring solutions into a common workflow engine using Service to automate remediation and self-healing techniques.

This role requires at least 5-7 years of experience designing and developing IT Operations Management enterprise-grade solutions, with a minimum of 2 years within the ServiceNow platform. You should have demonstrated experience with data governance and automation and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are also required.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
