We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management Expert to lead our pre-sales engagements, showcasing tailored ServiceNow solutions to prospective clients.
This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience deploying ServiceNow and a strong understanding of modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and the broader ServiceNow Platform Suite.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, client-focused architectures and building strong client relationships to guide them toward successful implementations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales engagements and showcase ServiceNow solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design client-focused architectures.
- Build strong client relationships and provide guidance on successful implementations. Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years within the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a strong track record in partner management.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand strategic goals, operational processes, and organizational challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate thoughtfully and effectively. Benefits
