The role of a ServiceNow Solutions Architect entails the overall design and implementation of solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. This involves collaborating with project teams to identify and address client business requirements, mapping these needs to systems and technical specifications.

As a key member of the Service Management Tools team, the Solution Architect will be responsible for providing architecture and technical direction, guiding the project team in implementing effective design and configuration strategies.

This position requires a candidate who can communicate complex ideas effectively, understand business requirements, and convert them into meaningful solution designs. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize tasks, and self-motivation are essential attributes for this role. Required Skills and Qualifications ">

• Proficiency in ServiceNow technologies, particularly APM and Service Mapping applications.
• Experience with hands-on development using Glide Server APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, AJAX, etc.
• A strong understanding of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to simplify complex solutions.
