At ServiceNow, we're seeking a UX Sr Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is a critical part of our Customer Excellence Group, where you'll work closely with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the intersection of human needs and business impact, thriving in a fluid work environment and capable of influencing complex customer environments.
Key responsibilities include building best-in-class user experiences on the ServiceNow platform, driving customer KPIs, and leading customer design and requirements workshops.
- Develop user experiences that consider customer design systems, responsiveness, and accessibility across all ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive customer adoption and retention using User Experience and Design Thinking principles.
- Lead customer design and requirements workshops around Employee Center, Workspace, Virtual Agent, and Mobile.
This role requires expertise in Web Technologies (HTML, Web Services, Bootstrap 3, CSS), JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React), and SaaS technologies. Additionally, experience with User-Centered Design methodologies and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
You'll have the opportunity to shape a shared vision of the future state with customers, bring that vision to life through experience design, and optimize it through iterative validation. What You Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of configuration or development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform GenAI capabilities leveraging Now Assist.
- Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments.
- Expert-level experience with Web Technologies and SaaS technologies. About Us
