The ServiceNow Delivery Product Owner role plays a pivotal part in orchestrating successful delivery of initiatives by bridging demand management, release planning, and Agile execution on the ServiceNow platform team.

• Act as primary point of contact for intake and prioritization of ServiceNow-related demands.
• Serve as liaison between business units, Platform team, and external vendors.
• Maintain and manage demand backlog, ensuring proper stories definition and documentation, in alignment with Platform Owner for prioritization and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate demand review meetings and ensure timely decision-making.

Release Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee ServiceNow release cycles, including minor enhancements, major upgrades, or new applications put into production.
• Work with business teams to ensure change management policies are properly applied, the release passes QA standards and documentation is available.

The ideal candidate will have blend of technical acumen, leadership skills, and cross-functional coordination abilities. They must be able to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environment and possess strong communication skills with stakeholder management.
