Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead a team of internal and external ServiceNow developers, promoting collaboration and development best practices.
- Establish and maintain development standards, coding practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks to maintain platform integrity, ensure data security, and uphold compliance with organizational policies.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow developments and evaluate new features for alignment with business objectives.
- Support product selection and manage platform support renewals in coordination with the Product Owner.
- Work with internal users and external vendors on problem resolution, upgrades, and product research.
- Develop processes to ensure timely delivery of solutions and prepare both the platform and team for future growth.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Support operational readiness, including occasional off-hours or on-call support as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-9+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role with a strong track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB.
- Proven experience leading development teams and managing projects.
- Strong process development and process management skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to support occasional off-hours work during scheduled maintenance windows.
