ITOM ServiceNow CMDB Specialist

Job Title

A ServiceNow Application Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise: ServiceNow CMDB, IT Operations Management (ITOM), data quality reviews, reconciliation, CI lifecycle management, exception handling, troubleshooting, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement.
• Technical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, basic scripting or workflow automation skills.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a ServiceNow CMDB in a large, complex IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the ongoing health, accuracy, and completeness of the CMDB.
• Perform day-to-day operational tasks, including data quality reviews, reconciliation, CI lifecycle management, and exception handling.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues impacting the CMDB.
• Partner with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Service Management to understand their requirements.
