Key Responsibilities ">

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced forms and workflows using client- and server-side scripting
• Create, test, and troubleshoot forms, interfaces, business rules, and notifications
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, knowledge articles, and documentation
• Participate in user acceptance testing and Scrum meetings to ensure seamless integration and collaboration

Requirements ">

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in ServiceNow, preferably in IT Healthcare or higher education
