As a Freelance ServiceNow Expert on our platform, you'll collaborate on projects that aim to make GenAI models capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. Your tasks may include:

• Reviewing pre-generated intents and transforming them into logical agent steps;
• Defining test cases: dialogue flow, user requests, intermediate steps, and agent responses;
• Creating Golden Paths: the optimal sequence of tools for agents to invoke;
• Writing User Agent instructions for consistent and correct automated behavior.

This is a part-time, remote freelance project that fits around your primary commitments. You'll get paid for your expertise, with rates up to $50/hour depending on your skills, experience, and project needs. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant area;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience;
• Advanced English level (C1) or above;
• Setting up ticket forms, triggers, macros, and automation;
• Managing groups, roles, and permissions;
• Configuring multiple departments or business units within a single ServiceNow instance;
• Ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with challenging guidelines.
