Program Manager (ServiceNow + Azure)
Location: Chicago, IL
Type: Long-Term Contract
(Need only Locals)
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services or highly regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow program management (ITSM, ITOM, HR, Risk, or GRC modules).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud migration and modernization programs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tools knowledge: ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project.
- PMP, PgMP, or ITIL certification strongly preferred.
