Senior Lead QA Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead QA Engineer to join our ServiceNow development team. This role is ideal for an experienced hands-on QA engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about driving quality through automation and continuous testing practices.

The Senior Lead QA Engineer will lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF), including the ability to write JavaScript on ServiceNow to enhance ATF's automation and capabilities.

Additionally, the successful candidate will perform both unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, as well as within those external systems. They will represent the QA and testing perspective while working directly with highly technical developers, helping to define a test-centric technical architecture that facilitates scalable change.
