Salary: $120,000 $130,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Oshkosh, WI (HQ), Hagerstown, MD, or McConnellsburg, PA
Travel: Minimal (occasional conference or annual HQ visit)
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen
About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer / Technical Lead to join our Digital Technology team. In this role, you'll be the go-to technical leader for our ServiceNow platform driving architecture, development, and optimization of solutions that impact the entire enterprise. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and IT partners to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with business goals.
This is a high-visibility role where you will influence platform strategy, lead key initiatives, and shape how ServiceNow supports digital transformation across the company.
What You'll Do:
Lead design and development of ServiceNow solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and new feature implementations.
Leverage advanced ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) to improve efficiency and automation.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and security compliance.
Provide mentorship, best practices, and guidance across the development team.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects integrating ServiceNow with APIs, REST/SOAP, and other platforms.
Be an agent of change, promoting innovation, automation, and process improvement.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of ServiceNow development and/or implementation experience.
Strong knowledge of web technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript).
Experience with ITSM/ITOM frameworks and ServiceNow platform integrations.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or DevOps methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or enterprise service management frameworks.
Experience leading ServiceNow implementations and custom development projects.
Knowledge of AI/ML automation and self-service solutions.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
