Lead QA Engineer for ServiceNow

We digitally connect the world and shape the future by seeking a Senior Lead QA Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

This role is perfect for an experienced hands-on QA professional who is passionate about driving quality through automation and continuous testing practices in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The Senior Lead QA Engineer will lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems, utilizing their knowledge of ServiceNow ATF to design, develop and maintain automated test cases.

A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing or similar roles, minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience, strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks, proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team and strong experience working directly with large development/engineering teams.
