ServiceNow Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing unit and end-to-end testing of solutions built on the ServiceNow platform, representing the QA and testing perspective while working directly with developers, and collaborating with architects, developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies.

• Unit Testing: Develop and execute automated unit tests to ensure the quality of individual components and modules.
• End-to-End Testing: Conduct thorough end-to-end testing to validate the functionality of complete applications and workflows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA engineering / testing, or similar roles.
• Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
