ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with HRSD experience to join our ServiceNow team. As a Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) delivery consultant, you will deliver solutions based on client requirements and work closely with the Slalom team and clients to achieve their goals.

This role involves working with clients to understand their long-term Enterprise goals, designing roadmaps, and communicating how the ServiceNow platform can help them achieve these goals. You will also translate business requests into technical requirements, design technical blueprints, review and deliver solutions, and mentor teammates on ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their long-term Enterprise goals and design roadmaps to achieve them.
• Translate business requests into technical requirements and ensure they meet pre-defined standards.
• Design technical blueprints for HRSD solutions that meet client requirements using ServiceNow best practices.
• Review and deliver solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Mentor teammates on ServiceNow best practices and architecture.

Requirements

• Experience implementing ServiceNow technologies and delivering ServiceNow projects.
• Complex ServiceNow implementation experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Possession of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and business systems analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
