Security Organization SSO Associate Application Security Engineer Intern

We offer a role where you will identify security vulnerabilities within our platform. You will interface with external researchers and customers performing security assessments against ServiceNow. You will run dynamic security testing tools, plan projects, and be a security advocate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reporting issues to application owners, providing remediation recommendations, and validating issue resolution
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement secure software development practices

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving using AI-powered tools
• Developer-level proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application security assessment techniques
• Ability to articulate complex issues to executives and customers
