Lead QA Engineer - ServiceNow Automation

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Lead QA Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to join our development team.

• This role is ideal for an experienced hands-on QA engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about driving quality through automation and continuous testing practices. Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, QA Engineering / Testing, or similar roles.
• Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience, but broader QA Engineering experience is also welcome.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team.
• Strong experience working directly with large development/engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles.
