Experienced Servicenow Developer

We are looking for an experienced Servicenow Developer/Lead who can drive development efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT/software development, expertise across Servicenow products, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. Responsibilities:

• Develop new Servicenow applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Customize and automate existing Servicenow applications to improve efficiency.
• Develop and manage web portals using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
• Monitor and ensure platform health, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve Servicenow issues.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate Servicenow with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Develop and maintain standalone Servicenow tools, dashboards, and reporting modules.
• Configure and manage all Servicenow objects, including tables, business rules, client scripts, and more.
• Plan, deploy, and validate Servicenow patches, upgrades, and version releases.
