We seek a highly skilled Solution Architect for our US Public Sector business, focusing on AI, Data, and Workflow, with deep expertise in Enterprise Environments and integration strategies. Joining our team of expert 'builders', you'll contribute to solving customer business challenges using rapidly evolving technology.
The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams through complex challenges, identifying friction points, and architecting scalable solutions using AI to make their job easier every day. They'll provide technical pre-sales solution consulting, going wide and deep on solution positioning, and solving the Public Sector's biggest technical challenges.
This role involves:
- Overseeing AI-native system design ensuring technical excellence and business relevance
- Interacting with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and desired experience
- Creating programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of the ServiceNow platform within Federal environments
- Providing mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues
- Demonstrating the product, both standard and tailored, to prospects and existing customers onsite and online
- Scope and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
- Staying current on product developments/releases
- Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc
- Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, technical roadmaps, and compliance/security
Key qualifications include at least 4 years of successful application development, preferably on the ServiceNow platform, passion for AI and emerging technologies, self-driven learning, and experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes. Strong knowledge of AWS & Azure Gov Cloud architectures, IL4, IL5 DoD or C2E clouds, and deep understanding of customer technical pain points are highly desirable.
