Technology Consultant Overview

As a seasoned ServiceNow Technology Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Analyze complex business processes and pain points to recommend suitable ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, considering scalability, integrations, and existing infrastructure.
• Create working prototypes to demonstrate the value proposition of proposed solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals with cost estimates and implementation timelines.
• Guide developers, administrators, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to align with specific business requirements.
• Evaluate integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure solutions function as designed and meet performance benchmarks.
• Train end-users and support teams on new ServiceNow systems. Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 11+ years of experience with ServiceNow and 10 years of combined experience in IT Management/Leadership. A strong passion for Servant Leadership and employee advocacy is required, along with a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform and delivery in alignment with organizational goals.
