The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow works with customers to achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, helping customers grow their business on the ServiceNow platform.

You will be the technical expert for ITOM Workflow, consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow ITOM products based on best practices. This includes accelerating and driving customer business outcomes through CMDB, Service Mapping, and Discovery capabilities.

Key responsibilities include advising customers on improving their ITOM capabilities, leading design workshops, guiding documentation, drafting user stories, and providing ad-hoc oversight/training for future system administrators.

Additionally, you will prepare customer-facing deliverables, promote continuous improvement practices, provide training and mentoring, and travel up to 50% annually.

Required qualifications include a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations, and at least 3 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies.

A strong understanding of Web Technologies, interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity are also essential.
