ServiceNow Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst experience in Workday HR around Colleague experience for our healthcare client.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive ServiceNow testing experience
• Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague environment
• Experience designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
• End-to-end testing expertise, including testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via APIs
• Workflow automation expertise, testing HR workflows that span both platforms
• Performance testing and regression testing skills
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation
