ServiceNow Tester

Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow QA/Tester with business analyst experience in Workday HR, specifically Colleague, for our healthcare client. This is a long-term opportunity to work remotely from India. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for ServiceNow, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
• Conduct end-to-end testing of employee processes that span multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow
• Test data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via REST and SOAP APIs, utilizing ServiceNow's Integration Hub
• Evaluate the performance of integrated systems under different loads, focusing on real-time integrations
• Perform thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact

Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results. Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague experience required.
