ITSM (ServiceNow) Solution Architect Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced ITIL/ITSM Solution Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level IT Service Management solutions. Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow is highly preferred, along with experience in Ivanti or Atlassian platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM implementations (preferably ServiceNow) from scoping through deployment
• Configure core ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
• Design workflows, state transitions, notifications, and approval processes
• Ensure platform configurations are optimized and consistent

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end ITSM architecture solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead architectural design of complex ITSM implementations across enterprise environments
• Create solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural approaches
• Define technology selection strategies for optimal ITSM solutions
