The role involves working as a Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst experience in Workday HR around Colleague experience for a healthcare client. Key responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, end-to-end testing of employee processes across multiple systems, experience testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via APIs, workflow automation, performance testing, regression testing, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation. Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
- End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
- Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms such as automated onboarding offboarding and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
- Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads particularly for real-time integrations.
- Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact
This is a long-term opportunity for a remote candidate based in India who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive ServiceNow Tester experience, a strong understanding of Workday HR, Colleague experience specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.
