ServiceNow Test Engineer

Service Now Test Engineers play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT services. They develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.

Key responsibilities include executing tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality. Creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation is also essential, including test plans, test cases and test results.

Identifying, documenting and reporting defects found during testing is critical to resolving issues promptly. Coordinating and collaborating with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing is also necessary.

Required qualifications include 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow, hands-on experience implementing ATF, functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc., knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN, experience working in Agile methodology, good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Admin are also desirable.
