LTIMindtree is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Sr Developer to lead the design architecture implementation and integration of solutions on ServiceNow CSDM CMDB and ITOM product suites. The responsibilities include implementing configuring and managing ServiceNow's ITOM suite of products including Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud Management Health Log Analytics Certificate Management and CMDB.
Candidates are expected to have strong technical skills in ServiceNow scripting workflows and integrations as well as a solid understanding of IT operations processes and best practices. Experience with AIOps tools and techniques is often a plus especially in roles requiring advanced capabilities.
The candidate must have experience in CSDM structuring and managing IT data within the ServiceNow platform using the CSDM framework. This involves designing configuring and implementing CSDM framework including defining data requirements configuring CMDB classes and establishing relationships between configuration items CIs.
Integrating CSDM with other ServiceNow modules to ensure a consistent and unified view of IT services. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities modules and integrations with third-party technologies exhibit strong leadership in technical consultations and champion innovation and quality across all projects.
Responsibilities and duties:
Requirements Gathering Conducting workshops interviews and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs Collaborate with Business Functional team members to write estimate stories
Solution Design Defining and designing ServiceNow solutions tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices
Gap Analysis Identifying gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes recommending solutions and improvements
Solution Implementation Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business needs Responsible for sprint demos delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation and knowledge transfer activities as required
Documentation Creating user stories process documentation training materials and other relevant documentation to support implementations
Training and Support Providing post-implementation support training and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform
Business Value Articulating the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrating how ServiceNow can improve business operations
Qualifications:
Required:
10 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions Experience in Design configure and customize ITOM CSDM and CMDB modules Must have experience in the design and implementation of the modules below o ITOM Design Setup and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules like Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud management Health Log Analytics Certificate management and Orchestration Integrations o CSDM Implementing and maintaining the CSDM framework within the ServiceNow platform including defining data requirements configuring CMDB classes and establishing relationships between configuration items CIs Define Create and maintain relationships between CIs in the CSDM including dependencies containment and service relationships Develop and implement data management and governance policies for the CSDM to ensure data accuracy consistency and completeness o CMDB Ensuring the CMDB is populated with accurate and up-to-date data and that it accurately reflects the IT environment and its relationships with business services Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security performance and compliance Extensive experience in third-party integration REST SOAP Other methods Integration Hub and Ebonding Service Graph Connectors Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions UI Pages Angular JS Jelly etc Experienced in collaborating with teams to understand their requirements and pain points translating them into functional specifications Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions Perform system testing troubleshooting and issue resolution during the implementation phase Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations with other systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow Provide ongoing support to end-users addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform module Document processes configurations and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ownership accountability and attention to detail i Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow CMDB,ServiceNow ConnectedOps,ServiceNow ITOM-Discovery,ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping,ServiceNow-Cloud Observability,ServiceNow ITOM-Governance,ServiceNow ITOM-Cloud Insights
