IT Service Management Specialist

Servicenow Developer Position

We are looking for a skilled Servicenow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience and be familiar with IT service management ITSM toolsets, preferably ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, developing, and testing on the ServiceNow platform, as well as supporting the team responsible for implementation and administration.

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with IT service management ITSM toolsets, preferably ServiceNow
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and Web Services
• Experience working in an agile development environment
