Job Title: ServiceNow Lead (ITSM + CSM)
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM and CSM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM and CSM processes
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
- Analyze and improve business processes using ServiceNow analytics and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and processes
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM implementation and management
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, functionality, and best practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

About the Role:
