ServiceNow Developer Position

• About the Role:
• This role involves designing and developing custom applications in ServiceNow using its Platform-as-a-Service features.
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with ServiceNow development, integrations, and architecture as well as a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and client scripts for various ServiceNow applications.
• Identify issues and gaps in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Design and implement strategies to address these issues and gaps.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Hold certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certification Application Developer.
• Have expertise on environment upgrades.
• Be experienced in system activities including system upgrades, configuring mid servers, troubleshooting mid servers, and verifying skipped logs during upgrades.
