Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, with expertise in ITSM, ITBM, and custom application development.
HRSDM Modules experience to work with HR Team for new enhancement requests , development of workflows for onboarding and offboarding use cases.
Service Now Bots development thought process to help establish custom bots for us.
User Administration, License Monitoring and performance issues reporting and alignment with Team for optimization cost for ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow instances (production, test, and development).
Upgrades & Patching: Lead upgrades, patches, and migrations while ensuring minimal downtime.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts (JavaScript, Glide).
Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third-party tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO).
Performance Tuning: Optimize platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensure scalability.
Security & Compliance Manage user roles, groups, and access controls; enforce security best practices.
Reporting: Create dashboards, reports, and metrics using Performance Analytics.
Mentorship: Guide junior administrators and collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance).
