Location: The Role will begin at our Chennai Location, where candidate have to work for 6 Month. After that they have to relocate to Mexico and continue there for minimum 2 years.

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on ITAM.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM modules (HAM Pro, Cloud Insights).
• Experience with CMDB and Asset Discovery tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, SN Discovery).
• Familiarity with software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience in building and troubleshooting integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITAM/SAM/HAM/HAM Pro (preferred).
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes.
• Creation of reports and Dashboards.
• Rest and Soap Integration: Extensive knowledge of Rest and Soap integrations to connect ServiceNow with external systems seamlessly.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITAM applications, including HAM Pro and Cloud Insights.
• Write and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows.
• Build integrations with external APIs
• Configure and automate asset lifecycle workflows (procurement, onboarding, assignment, decommissioning).
• Develop Service Portal widgets, catalog items, and UI Pages to improve user experience.
• Implement and maintain Discovery, Asset Reconciliation Rules, and CMDB Data Integrity.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing, hardware lifecycle, and audit requirements.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for ITAM applications.
• Collaborate with ITSM, CMDB, Procurement, and Security teams for end-to-end asset management.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and new feature enhancements.
